I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy at Vision Works, and I have to say, she provided an outstanding customer experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away.

It was my first visit and I was very impressed! The office is professional and well organized. The staff was very helpful and managed a busy pace with ease and kindness.

Called last week for an eye exam. They got me in within a week, when arriving I was told I had made an appointment for eye glasses exam only.(I thought I had requested a glasses and contacts exam.) The lady at the desk was extremely nice and went and asked the doctor could he do both because typically they only do contact exams on Wednesdays and he said yes!! Everyone in the office was very nice. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The doctor also gave me not one but 2 pairs of contacts. I was short on time but will definitely be back in the next few days to order my contacts and glasses from here. They have won me over as a client and will get all my business for glasses and contact needs. I will also be referring friends and family to this location. Great service highly recommend 10/10.

Wouldn’t have expected this place from a mall location. It was a very busy doctors office. Up to date modern equipment to do the prep and up to date equipment in the doctor room. It was a very comprehensive examination. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent care today at my appointment by every staff member I encountered. Very professional, kind, efficient and explained things well. Learned a few things about being diabetic and eye care. Highly recommend.

Fast friendly service with a smile! Everyone from the minute I walked in for my appointment was welcoming, smiling and super friendly! This was my first time here but definitely not my last. Highly recommended !!!
