I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy at Vision Works, and I have to say, she provided an outstanding customer experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away.

Best experience I’ve ever had getting an eye exam. Friendly staff, as soon as I walked in. After exam no one pressured you to purchase glasses. Most importantly I’ve been to several eye clinics about my severe dry eye, they all refused to put the treatment they were offering through my insurance, they ALL tried to charge me out of pocket. One place in Carolina Forest area charged up to a 1000 out of pocket. One place said cash 980.00, credit card 1060.00 to be treated, I would also have to travel up N Myrtle Beach on a certain day. Not Here, wrote me a prescription for drops and explained IN DETAIL what was wrong with my eyes, No money just a prescription. Best place, best dr, best staff. I no longer will be looking for a new eye dr, I found him. Finally!!!

Called last week for an eye exam. They got me in within a week, when arriving I was told I had made an appointment for eye glasses exam only.(I thought I had requested a glasses and contacts exam.) The lady at the desk was extremely nice and went and asked the doctor could he do both because typically they only do contact exams on Wednesdays and he said yes!! Everyone in the office was very nice. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The doctor also gave me not one but 2 pairs of contacts. I was short on time but will definitely be back in the next few days to order my contacts and glasses from here. They have won me over as a client and will get all my business for glasses and contact needs. I will also be referring friends and family to this location. Great service highly recommend 10/10.

Everyone working in the eye clinic are very nice and friendly. I so appreciate the time the Dr. spent with me explaining things. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable. Joy always makes my day brighter.
