Advanced Eye Care

We had a great experience at Visionworks! We are in town for a baseball tournament and my son lost his contact. Trudy Reed provided quick service to get him back on the field for the next game! Thank you!

I needed glasses very quickly. The person that did scheduling, whose name I forgot was exceptional. She got me in quickly and explained to me where I could get glasses quickly. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well. The Dr was very nice too.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy at Vision Works, and I have to say, she provided an outstanding customer experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away.

Called last week for an eye exam. They got me in within a week, when arriving I was told I had made an appointment for eye glasses exam only.(I thought I had requested a glasses and contacts exam.) The lady at the desk was extremely nice and went and asked the doctor could he do both because typically they only do contact exams on Wednesdays and he said yes!! Everyone in the office was very nice. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The doctor also gave me not one but 2 pairs of contacts. I was short on time but will definitely be back in the next few days to order my contacts and glasses from here. They have won me over as a client and will get all my business for glasses and contact needs. I will also be referring friends and family to this location. Great service highly recommend 10/10.

I would like to give the eye doctor and his staff a great shout out for being so attentive and for being very professional they did an awesome job welcoming me and this was my first time going to Advance Eye Care Thanks for the quick service 👍

I had a great experience with Dr. Kerry Reeves and the team at Advanced Eye Care of Myrtle Beach. They were incredibly easy to work with and were able to get me in very quickly. They even accommodated me when I stopped by to provide my insurance information, which I really appreciated. My appointment was quick and efficient with essentially no waiting. They made everything very convenient, including getting me my prescriptions, providing samples, and making sure I had everything I needed before I left. I would absolutely recommend Advanced Eye Care of Myrtle Beach to anyone looking for great customer service, efficiency, and an overall easy experience.
