I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy at Vision Works, and I have to say, she provided an outstanding customer experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away.

Called last week for an eye exam. They got me in within a week, when arriving I was told I had made an appointment for eye glasses exam only.(I thought I had requested a glasses and contacts exam.) The lady at the desk was extremely nice and went and asked the doctor could he do both because typically they only do contact exams on Wednesdays and he said yes!! Everyone in the office was very nice. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The doctor also gave me not one but 2 pairs of contacts. I was short on time but will definitely be back in the next few days to order my contacts and glasses from here. They have won me over as a client and will get all my business for glasses and contact needs. I will also be referring friends and family to this location. Great service highly recommend 10/10.

It’s nothing but a pleasure I was with Visionworks in New Jersey and just relocated to South Carolina and I’m very happy to say that I’m staying with Visionworks. The staff there is outstanding.

I am new to the area and was looking to establish an eye doctor. Joy, Dr. Reeves and the entire staff could not have been more welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Dr. Reeves was super thorough with his exam along with anything he explained with a special eye issue I have. He was super helpful. They also answered all my questions with an issue for DMV and made sure I had all the right info I needed before I walked out the door. I really appreciated it! They are just establishing this office in the Myrtle Beach area and I’m very happy to have the practice in this area now. :)

The entire staff are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. By the time we were finished with out appointments we felt like we had new friends and were a part of the family.

Was here on vacation and desperately needed contacts. My prescription was expired. The lady at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was SO nice! They got me in the same day. The wait wasn’t too long. They were all so nice. The doctor listened to my questions and was super friendly. If I lived closer, they would be my go-to!
